Who Is This Training For?

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Leading SAFe is primarily aimed at professionals working in large-scale agile environments or companies looking to adopt the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

The target audience typically includes: Directors, Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Developers, and Technical Team Members, as well as Change Agents.

PREREQUISITES:

No technical prerequisites are required to attend the SAFe: Leading SAFe training, but it is recommended to have:

  • Prior experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • A basic understanding of product development or project management concepts.
  • For the English exam, a good command of English is recommended.

Schedule and Teaching Methods

Schedule:

  • Training from 09:00 AM to 5:30 PM over 2 days.
  • A 15-minute break in the morning and afternoon.
  • A 1-hour lunch break.

Structure:

  • 100% Remote Training with an open camera policy.
  • Certificate of completion provided at the end of the training.
  • Maximum of 20 participants per session.
  • Registration: Open year-round, with spots allocated based on availability.
  • Access Time: Training access is guaranteed within 7 days of registration.
  • Certification: You have 30 days to complete the certification after the training ends.
  • Our remote training is accessible to People with Reduced Mobility and those with Disabilities.

Price

The cost of the SAFe: Leading SAFe training is 990 $ (excl. VAT) per participant. This price includes:

    > Mock Exam with Group Review

    > The exam is taken online (within a maximum of one month), available in French or English.

    > After the training, participants receive a link to the Scaled Agile Academy site, where they can take the exam.

    > The exam is a 90-minute multiple-choice test with 45 questions.

    > A minimum score of 80% is required to pass the exam.

    Evaluation

    Throughout the training, the instructor evaluates participants’ progress through quizzes, simulations, and practical exercises.

    Participants take a pre- and post-training assessment to validate their acquired skills.

    SAFe PO/PM

    This training aims to explain how multiple teams can collaborate effectively within an “Agile Release Train” and how to coordinate multiple trains to develop complex solutions or manage product portfolios.

    It also prepares participants for the Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
