OKR – Advanced Level
This two-day training focuses on the Objective Key Results (OKR) method. Through practical exercises, it allows participants to adopt this approach, understand its benefits and nuances, and think about its integration into their own environment.
The second goal of this module is to foster a dynamic that supports the development of an effective strategy by aligning all stakeholders around common objectives and shared success criteria. It also involves co-creating tactics to validate formulated hypotheses.

Prerequisites :
- No specific technical skills required.
- A genuine interest in managing projects differently.
- Having completed the “Becoming a Product Owner” training (AGSPO) is a plus.
Schedule and Teaching Methods
Schedule :
- Training from 09:00 AM to 5:30 PM over 2 days.
- A 15-minute break in the morning and afternoon.
- A 1-hour lunch break.
Structure:
- 100% remote training with an open camera policy.
- Certificate of completion provided at the end of the training.
- Maximum of 20 participants per session.
- Registration: Open year-round, with spots allocated based on availability.
- Access Time: Training access is guaranteed within 7 days of registration.
- Participants have 30 days to complete the certification after the training.
- Our remote training is accessible to people with reduced mobility and those with disabilities.

Evaluation
Learning assessment is conducted throughout the training via workshops and practical exercises.
A self-assessment form is sent before and after the training to validate acquired skills.
At the end of the training, a feedback evaluation is conducted to measure participant satisfaction, followed by the individual delivery of a certificate of completion.
